By accessing LegitPep or requesting a consultation, you agree to the following terms in full. Last updated 2026-05-09.
LegitPep is a technology platform that connects patients with US-licensed healthcare providers and a US-licensed compounding pharmacy. LegitPep does not itself provide medical care or dispense medications. Medical evaluation and prescribing are performed by independent licensed providers; medications are compounded and dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies.
To use LegitPep you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of a US state where our partner providers are licensed, and able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate health information during your consultation; treatment decisions depend on the accuracy of what you share with your provider.
Submitting a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. The reviewing licensed provider determines whether you are an appropriate candidate based on the information you provide and applicable clinical guidelines. If a treatment is not appropriate for you, the provider will not issue a prescription, and any medication-related charges are refunded.
Compounded preparations dispensed through LegitPep are not FDA-approved drug products. They are produced in a US-licensed compounding pharmacy under USP standards (including USP <797> for sterile preparations) and FDA-regulated requirements applicable to compounded medications. The branded equivalents (such as Ozempic® and Mounjaro®) are FDA-approved drug products manufactured by their respective sponsors; LegitPep does not dispense those products.
Information on this site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Always discuss treatment options, side effects, contraindications, and changes in dose with your prescribing provider. In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Your card is authorized at order placement; medication is charged only after a provider issues a prescription. Failed prescription approval results in a full refund of any medication charge.
Shipping terms are described in Shipping & Returns and are incorporated by reference. Risk of loss passes to the patient on delivery confirmation by the carrier.
Federal regulations and pharmacy practice prohibit the return of dispensed medications once they leave the pharmacy. Damaged or incorrect shipments are addressed under our resend policy described in Shipping & Returns.
All trademarks, logos, and content on this site are the property of LegitPep or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. References to brand-name drugs (e.g., Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, Wegovy®) are made for informational comparison only; those marks are the property of their respective owners.
Information you provide to LegitPep, your provider, or the dispensing pharmacy is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable health-information laws, including HIPAA where applicable. Provider–patient communications are protected health information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms is resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where state-level pharmacy or licensing law grants exclusive jurisdiction elsewhere.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegitPep's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or any product is limited to the purchase price of the affected order. LegitPep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits the liability of any licensed provider or licensed pharmacy for the medical care or pharmacy services they provide directly.
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version is always posted at this URL with the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to active patients.
