Is a prescription required?
Yes. Every medication on LegitPep requires a prescription from a US-licensed provider. Your provider consultation is included in the price — it covers the clinical review of your intake and 30 days of provider follow-up. Your card is only pre-authorized at checkout; you are charged only if a prescription is issued.
How is quality verified?
Every batch is tested for identity, potency, and endotoxins per USP standards. The Certificate of Analysis is attached to the prescription and viewable in your patient account. Rush Pharmacy is state-licensed with a resident pharmacist of record.
How fast does treatment ship?
Most prescriptions are dispensed within 24–72 hours of provider approval. U.S. transit is 2–4 business days, cold-chain shipped. Expedited shipping is included in every plan.
What is the refund policy?
Your card is only pre-authorized at checkout — a temporary hold. You are charged only if a licensed provider reviews your information and writes your prescription; otherwise the hold is released. Federal pharmacy regulations prohibit the return of dispensed prescription medications; damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced free of charge.
Will my information stay private?
Yes. LegitPep operates under HIPAA-aligned controls. PHI is shared only with the providers and pharmacies fulfilling your prescription.
