Do I need a prescription?
Yes. All medications offered through LegitPep are prescription-only and require evaluation by a US-licensed healthcare provider. Your provider consultation is included in the treatment price and covers your initial intake review plus the first 30 days of provider follow-up. You are only charged if a prescription is issued.
How does the consultation work?
Complete a brief intake covering your goals, medical history, and current medications, then check out securely — your payment method is only pre-authorized (a temporary hold). A US-licensed provider reviews your information and, if you are an appropriate candidate, issues a prescription. If a prescription is not issued, you are not charged and the hold is released.
Which states do you serve?
Provider coverage currently spans 47 US states. We do not currently serve California, New Jersey, or South Carolina. State-specific availability of the prescribing provider is confirmed during your consultation.
What if I am not eligible?
If your provider determines a treatment is not appropriate for you, no prescription is issued and you are not charged — your card is only pre-authorized at checkout, and the hold is released.
