Shipping & Returns
Where we ship
LegitPep currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Rates and timing
- Flat rate: $25 per order, regardless of size.
- Free shipping: orders of $250 and above ship free.
- Transit time: 2–4 business days domestic, after dispatch.
- Dispatch: orders placed by 12:00 PM MT typically dispatch the same business day. Orders placed Friday after cutoff or over the weekend dispatch the following Monday.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive products ship in insulated mailers with cold packs as needed. Lyophilized peptides are stable through standard ambient transit but should be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt per each product’s storage notes.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order dispatches. Tracking updates throughout transit are provided automatically.
Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, contact support@legitpep.com within 7 days of delivery. We will reship the affected items at no cost or refund the order at our discretion.
Returns & refunds
Because of the nature of these compounds we cannot accept returns of opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost minus shipping; contact support for an RMA before returning.
If a third-party COA fails to verify identity or purity within reason, we will reship or refund — no questions asked.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
