By accessing or purchasing from LegitPep (“the site”, “we”, “us”), you (“buyer”, “researcher”) agree to the following terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Research-use only

All compounds sold by LegitPep are intended exclusively for in-vitro and in-vivo laboratory research. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic, prophylactic, therapeutic, or cosmetic use. The buyer affirms that they are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher acquiring these materials for legitimate scientific work.

2. No medical claims

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, or scientific advice. Statements regarding peptides describe published research findings only and are not claims about the efficacy or safety of LegitPep products in humans or animals.

3. Buyer responsibility

The buyer assumes full responsibility for any handling, storage, transfer, or use of the products following delivery. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold LegitPep harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from misuse, including misuse not authorized under this agreement.

4. Pricing & availability

Prices and stock are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) suspected non-research use, fraud, or supply constraints.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms are described in Shipping & Returns and are incorporated by reference. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by Shipping & Returns.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and content on this site are the property of LegitPep or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegitPep’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or any product is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. LegitPep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL with the effective date below.
