What is LegitPep?
LegitPep is a US-based supplier of laboratory-grade peptides and research compounds. We exist to make high-purity, third-party-verified materials available to researchers reliably, with transparent COAs and consistent stock.
Are your products for human use?
No. Every product we sell is for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not approved by the FDA and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, or treatment. By purchasing you accept the Terms of Service and agree to use the materials accordingly.
How do I know your peptides are real?
Each batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory for identity, purity, and concentration. The COA is downloadable from the relevant product page. If a COA is not yet posted for the batch you receive, contact us and we will send it directly.
How are temperature-sensitive products shipped?
Peptides ship lyophilized (freeze-dried) and tolerate brief shipping temperatures well. Orders are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs when warranted. Refrigerate or freeze upon arrival per the storage notes on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic US shipping is 2–4 business days from dispatch. We currently do not ship internationally. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure card payments at checkout. Additional payment options may be offered for high-value orders — contact us for details.
Do you offer reshipment or refunds?
Yes — if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails our quality standards, we will reship or refund. Full policy on Shipping & Returns.
Can I get a wholesale or research-volume discount?
Yes — universities, contract research organizations, and high-volume researchers should email us. Tiered pricing kicks in at order thresholds and we can produce purchase orders / invoicing on request.
